Chai Tea This chai tea blend pops with sweet flavours of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and ginger. Drink it clear or with a splash of milk. Use one heaping teaspoon of loose leaf or a single tea bag for 500ml of boiling water. Let it steep for 4 minutes.

Black Tea Orthodox black tea is made by withering fresh tea leaves, rolling the leaves and then drying the tea. Assam black tea has a malty flavour that is delicious as is, or with milk and sugar. Use one heaping tablespoon of loose leaf or a single tea bag for 500ml of boiling water.

Green Tea Sweet green tea with a smooth finish. Assam green has notes of honey in the cup. Use one heaping teaspoon of loose leaf or a single tea bag for 500ml of boiling water. Let it steep for four minutes.
