We deliver throughout the City of Toronto, and into some parts of Mississauga, Vaughn, Richmond Hill, Markham and Pickering. Thursday and Friday: 2:30 – 6:30 pm. Saturday 9:30 – 12 noon
Delivery charge is determined by your postal code, and is added to your order automatically.
- Zone #1: $10.95 — under five kms from our store
- Zone #2: $13.95 — 5 – 8 kms from our store
- Zone #3: $16.95 — City of Toronto farther than 8 kms
- Zone #4: $19.95 — parts of 905 area
Payment via e-transfer before delivery. When you order, you'll receive an email confirmation with more information on payment. You can also pay online with a credit card, via Global PayLink. There is a 3% service charge for this.
Delivery mode
1. Default mode, PIN: You receive your delivery personally at your door, and give your “PIN”— last four digits of your phone #. The PIN will also be in an email to you.
2. You may request delivery without answering your door. This mode is called “PHOTO.” You give us instructions where to leave it, when you order online (during the check out process “Review” in the “Order notes” box) OR via email. The driver will leave your order where instructed and email you a photo. You are now responsible for your order.
3. If you want to change your delivery from PIN to PHOTO, you must EMAIL or CALL US three hours before your delivery window.
On the day of your delivery, you will receive four communications from Trexity
1. When we schedule your delivery: An email with subject line “Fresh From the Farm |Review delivery address.” You will receive this, for Thursday & Friday deliveries, between 9am and noon Thursday & Friday, and for Saturday deliveries, on Friday between noon and 3pm.
- If your address information is complete, you do not need to respond.
- If you want to add an apartment number or buzzer #, click “UPDATE ADDRESS.”
- If you want to change your delivery from PIN to PHOTO, you must EMAIL OR CALL US. Adding this to the “update address” link is NOT enough.
2. When the driver picks up your order from our store: email and text “your order is on the way.” This includes the PIN (unless you’ve chosen “PHOTO” mode) you need to receive your order, and a tracking link.
3. Five minutes before delivery arrives: a text message notification.
4. When your order has been delivered: an email and text.
Delivery arrival:
1. If you live in a building, your order will be taken up to your door—if you’ve provided your unit number (and buzzer, if necessary).
2. PIN mode: the delivery person will knock on your door upon arrival. You must answer the door promptly. Otherwise, Trexity will automatically return your order to our store—at an additional cost to you.
3. PHOTO mode: The driver will leave your order where you instructed and email you a photo. You are now responsible for your order.
