Good news—our much-missed all-beef wieners are finally back on the shelf! You may remember that earlier this year our farmer’s butcher shop suffered fire damage. While the shop was quickly rebuilt, getting the new smoker up and running took longer than anyone hoped. The wait is over: last week Wayne smoked the first batch, and we’re excited to share them with you starting this Thursday.
These wieners are everything you expect from real food: made with 100% beef (no fillers, gristle or mystery parts), naturally wood-smoked (never artificial smoke flavour), and crafted without nitrates or preservatives. To keep them fresh, they’re frozen right away.
